For over 15 years, I’ve supported CEOs and COOs as a Chief of Staff, small-business founder, and coach to high-achievers across industries. My work has taken me from boardrooms of Fortune 500 companies to kitchen tables with laptops, balancing the demands of leadership and life with two young kids at home. I know what it means to carry a lot — and still show up with purpose, poise, and heart.

My superpower is reading the room fast — what’s working, what’s in the way, and where to focus for the greatest impact. I’ve trained at an acting conservatory, built programs in complex, distributed organizations, and advised leaders navigating growth, burnout, and change.
